Anushka Sen Takes A Big Step In Her Global Career

Anushka Sen has been named the Indian Global Ambassador for the 2026 Newport Beach Film Festival, marking another milestone in her international career. She will represent Indian talent at the global film event.

Anushka is also making her Korean cinema debut with Jeju Olle, a Korea–India co-production directed by Jin Kwang Kyo.

The romantic musical stars her alongside South Korean actor Kang Hyung seok. The film follows Alisha, an Indian singer who travels to Jeju Island after a personal loss and meets former K pop idol Ha Sun woo.

Their friendship grows through music and shared experiences. Shot in Korean, Hindi and English while the film explores healing and new beginnings for sure.

Its North American premiere is scheduled for October 21st, 2026.
